No tricky fiddling with dForce, Decals or Props. All you need to blot your model's upper body is

Iray and fun experimenting
The material presets of this project can only be rendered with Iray. And as for "experimenting": 
if you can move a 3D slider, you'll have a lot of fun. I promise!
