Description
I started, as my first try in making clothing, the most basic. Underwear. I did not choose wisely because it took me a long time to figure out how to fix the "sticky thigh syndrome (STS)." What is that? It's when clothes stick to the thigh when it's not supposed to. Even many DAZ store bought items have it. It's hard to do depending on your clothing but after trial and error, it can be done. Do I know a trick? Well, I don't think I do but I try to do it the same way each time.
But that's not really a selling point is it. How many 3D models of underwear, lingerie, and bikinis are out there? Hundreds probably and probably have all kinds of nice morphs on them. Most likely, all very similar. Yes, these Undies have those similar morphs so you aren't missing out.
The difference from all those others is the addition of custom rigging. What is it? It's more control over the Undies. You don't have to rely on someone else making a morph to make these Undies look more natural in a pose. With the addition of four more points of rigging (think of them as bones on just the Undies, not the figure), the possibilities are endless. The four extra rigs/bones are for the two inner thighs and two on the tush (butt cheeks). Look at the promotional images. I was able to do those without using morphs on the Undies. (Genitals are from 3FeetWolf if you are curious.)
Be warned though, with more control for you, less control for the rigging it originally would have had. That means you may have to do some extra posing to make these Undies look perfect in your renders.
Please take a look at the Read Me file and almost as important, the PDF file that has a tutorial to get you started understanding how the new rigging works.
